As a full member of CHC, you will have the opportunity to attend a variety of affordable housing-related forums where you can meet, interact and exchange ideas with developers, lenders and others who are concerned about housing issues in California.

CHC members can obtain information that will keep them and their colleagues fully informed of new issues affecting affordable housing at the State and federal levels. You will have the opportunity to be an advocate for affordable housing through endorsement letters and position papers. CHC members host tours of innovative housing developments and holds events with key members of Congress and the State Legislature to discuss issues directly affecting the supply of affordable housing in California. Through your support and involvement, you will be able to directly contribute to the growth and development of affordable housing solutions across the state.

Annual membership fees vary depending on the type of membership for which you qualify:

Standard
Full Membership: $2,500
Basic Membership: $1,000

Small Organization* or Government Entity                                                          
Full Membership: $1,000
Basic Membership: $500

*<$500,000 annual revenue

Full Membership includes all Basic Membership benefits plus the ability to participate in policy roundtables, task forces and committees, as well as eligibility for membership on the Board of Directors and the Board of Governors.

Basic Membership includes access to the monthly newsletter, policy updates and bulletins as they may be provided, and invitations to the various CHC events such as Lobby Day and the Hall of Fame luncheon.

Please note that contributions made to our 501(c)(3) entity, CHC Institute, are tax-deductible.  Just make your check out to “CHC Institute” 30141 Agoura Road, Suite 205, Agoura Hills, CA 91301  to receive confirmation of your tax deduction.  The Tax ID number of the CHC Institute is 26-0097208.
