Dear Friends and Colleagues,

I am writing to announce that I will be resigning from my position as Chief Executive Officer of Los Angeles Housing Partnership (LAHP), effective November 19, 2007.

After 15 years of leading LAHP, I have decided to accept a position with McCormack Baron Salazar, where I will continue to work very hard to help produce and preserve affordable housing for low income households. It has been an honor and a pleasure to have worked together with so many of you over the years. I fully expect that we will continue to work together on many fronts.
