Energy Efficiency and Green Programs for Affordable Housing in California

With national attention on energy issues, more and more California housing owners and developers are capitalizing on energy efficiency.  It’s a trend that is destined to pick up speed as resources dwindle and energy prices increase.  Housing owners and developers are developing, rehabilitating, and financing projects that optimize cost-effective energy efficiency.  The changes help save energy, reduce greenhouse gases, and lower utility bills and provide more comfort to tenants and homeowners.
