Regulations Released for Prop1C Brownfield Cleanup Financing Program

The California Pollution Control Financing Authority (CPCFA) has proposed emergency regulations amending the California Recycle Underutilized Sites (CALReUse) Program, to implement provisions of the Housing and Emergency Shelter Trust Fund Act (Proposition 1C). The draft regulations along with the statement of emergency are available for public comment here: http://www.treasurer.ca.gov/cpcfa/calreuse.asp.
The regulations will be presented for CPCFA Board approval at a public meeting scheduled for December 18 at 10:30 A.M. in Rm. 587 of the Jesse M. Unruh Building, 915 Capitol Mall, Sacramento, CA 95814.
