CHC to Co-Host Two HCD Permanent Source Sessions - San Diego and Sunnydale

CHC will be co-hosting these regional stakeholder meetings with the Department of Housing and Community Development.  The San Diego event will be held on June 2 at the SANDAG offices, more information is available here.  The Sunnyvale event will be held at the offices of Palm, Inc on June 10, more information available here and in the flyer attached below.

At the direction of Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger, the Department of Housing and Community Development is beginning a program to develop recommendations for the Administration on securing a permanent funding source for affordable housing.  During the months of July and August 2008, HCD will be compiling recommendations for the Governor’s administration, with feedback from meeting participants.  The Department plans to have a final draft for review by the Governor’s office no later than September 30, 2008.
