City of Pasadena Seeking Director of Housing

CHC Member, the City of Pasadena seeks a talented and committed leader to direct their new Housing Department. The Director will manage housing programs with a total appropriation of over $37M and a department staff of 26 employees. The City wants innovative new development and revitalization to maximize affordable housing, rehabilitation and rental assistance to community members with diverse income levels. The Director will also strengthen partnerships between other public and private leaders, non-profit agencies, affordable housing developers, and a diverse and engaged community. The new Director will have the opportunity to refine a cohesive strategic plan for the department positively influencing the quality of life in all neighborhoods.
