CHC TCAC Advisory Committee Proposals

The CHC TCAC Advisory Committee submitted its comments and suggestions in regards to TCAC Regulation Changes in early December.  This submittal was followed with a conference call with TCAC Executive Director and Ex-Officio CHC board member Bill Pavao.  Subsequently, TCAC issued a notice of additional proposed regulation changes to its upcoming 2009 tax credit round.

State Budget and Pooled Money Investment Board

Just before Christmas, CHC, as did other statewide housing organizations and developers, wrote a letter to Governor Schwarzenegger, Senate President Pro Tempore Darrell Steinberg, and State Assembly Speaker Karen Bass urging them to take immediate action to restore funding to thousands of housing and infrastructure projects statewide.

CHC Member Project Profile: McCormack Baron Salazar's Triangle Square

Located in the heart of Hollywood, Triangle Square Apartments is a joint venture between Gay and Lesbian Elder Housing (GLEH) and CHC Member McCormack Baron Salazar (MBS).  Triangle Square is the nation’s first, affordable, multicultural housing development supporting the needs of Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgender (GLBT) elders.
