PMIB Letters Needed Now

With the PMIB meeting scheduled for this coming Wednesday, March 18 at 2 pm in Sacramento, it is important for us to continue to emphasize the importance affordable housing plays in our economy.  Please see below to download a sample letter that you can use to send to the three PMIB members:

We would also ask you to encourage contractors, lenders, and others that you have a relationship with and who play a key role in affordable housing development to also send PMIB members this letter. In addition, please send letters to your legislators, especially if they are familiar with your organization or development, asking them to weigh-in with PMIB members.

To the extent that you can personalize the letter by including project specific information including project costs, number of jobs, etc., that would all be extremely useful in helping to make our case.  Please forward copies of your letters to awarren@calhsng.org.
