City of Pasadena Seeking Director of Housing

CHC Member, the City of Pasadena seeks a talented and committed leader to direct their new Housing Department. The Director will manage housing programs with a total appropriation of over $37M and a department staff of 26 employees. The City wants innovative new development and revitalization to maximize affordable housing, rehabilitation and rental assistance to community members with diverse income levels. The Director will also strengthen partnerships between other public and private leaders, non-profit agencies, affordable housing developers, and a diverse and engaged community.

BRIDGE Housing Accepting Applications for the Terner Resident Policy Fellowship

The I. Donald Terner Residency Program honors the spirit of Don Terner, founder of BRIDGE Housing, and inspires a new generation of social leaders. The Terner Resident will serve in a two-year fellowship in the San Francisco office of BRIDGE Housing, working to move the organization forward in the field of housing policy. This is an excellent opportunity for experience and training with California’s largest nonprofit developer of affordable homes for working families and seniors.

Fran Wagstaff to Retire from Mid-Peninsula Housing Coalition

Mid-Pen Housing's President (and CHC Governor) Fran Wagstaff recently announced her retirement after 25 years heading the leading non-profit developer.  CHC thanks Fran for her vast contributions and service to the housing industry.
