As an additional perk to the May 8th Policy Forum and Hall of Fame Awards Luncheon, CHC has organized a coach tour of CHC member AMCAL Multi-Housing’s Avenue 26 Development in Los Angeles.

Ave 26 is an innovative mixed-use, mixed-income, transit-oriented development just off of Los Angeles’ Gold Line. It consists of 4 projects total: 2 family rental, 1 senior rental and for-sale condominiums. Altogether there are over 500 units.
