Completed in fall 2007, Auburn Park is a 69-unit affordable family housing complex featuring studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. CHC member Affirmed Housing Group partnered with the City of San Diego Redevelopment Agency (CCDC) to create this safe and resourceful environment for low-income families.

A project ten years in the making, the Opportunity Center in Palo Alto is a state of the art supportive housing facility. Following devastating floods that irreparably damaged a previous local service center for the homeless, an advocacy group called the Community Working Group, Inc.

Jamboree Housing’s Laurel Crest Apartment Homes opens this month as one of Los Angeles County’s premier green, affordable housing developments. Marketed to families earning between 40% and 60% of the area median income, rents range from $586 to $1,035 per month. With a density of 26.5 units to the acre, Laurel Crest consists of (36) 2 bedroom units and (36) 3 bedroom units, with carports and 127 parking spaces.
